Every year from 2004-2018 Doctor Who presented a special episode on Christmas Day. Over fourteen years it became a tradition to watch the Christmas special after dinner, with your family and other loved ones.
But what about the years before 2004? What about the classic series? What would a Christmas special look like in those times?
This series aims to answer the question. It will provide a Christmas special for each year from 1963-1989 (excluding 1966, and 1981 which already have seasonal specials), 1996, and 2019, aimed to be written in the style, and fit the time of Christmas that year, even if Christmas occurred between two episodes of the one story.
Stories will only be published in December to keep the holiday spirit bright and submissions will only be open during this time.
