Summary: The Connoiseur is a Time Lord who, through an unusual occurence involving being temporarily trapped in a parralel universe, is completely unaware of the Last Great Time War, and of what happened to Gallifrey. They now travel around in their bookshop-disguised TARDIS, experiencing the greatest art, food, music, literature and natural wonders time and space has to offer. However, they seem to have a habit of getting caught up in cross-temporal intrigue and mystery.
