I'm a retired educational technician, andauthor and publisher of the Forgotten Futures role playing game on line and on CD-ROM (it was also briefly in print but the publisher pulled the plug on it), of the Diana: Warrior Princess RPG, available in print from Heliograph Inc. or as a PDF from e23 (Steve Jackson Games) and The Original Flatland Role Playing Game (also from e23 and sold in aid of Doctors Without Borders). I write fan-fiction when I'm feeling blocked with games writing, or an interesting idea comes up.
...A Little Help From My Friends by Marcus Rowland [Reviews - 0]
When a sudden resurgence of Thuggee threatens Britain's most beloved sons, the Beatles, the Queen calls in someone with a history of handling unconventional problems - Captain Jack Harkness. Fortunately he has some help in the form of archaologist Carol Lake (who might possibly be better known under a slightly different name), and his usual indestructibility. It might even be enough to keep the Beatles alive... This is a VERY wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey crossover between Doctor Who, Torchwood, and the film Help! (1965). Fasten your seat-belt, it's going to be a bumpy ride...

Space-Time for Clangers by Marcus Rowland [Reviews - 1]
It's canon that the Master, arch-enemy of the Doctor, was interested in the Clangers, small pink knitted creatures from another world... It's also canon that he was told that they were puppets. But what if they were actually aliens, studied by scientists from Earth? How could his interest possibly be a problem?
