"You wear a mask for so long, you forget who you were beneath it." - V for Vendetta

"We all wear masks; everyone, everyday. Sometimes we wear them so much we forget who we really are and sometimes, if we're lucky, someone comes along and shows us who we really want to be; who we should be." - Nikita

"The only thing I was fit for was to be a writer, and this notion rested solely on my suspicion that I would never be fit for real work, and that writing didn't require any." - Russell Baker

“Imagination is more important than knowledge.” – Einstein.

About Me: My name is Valerie. I was born in California but live in Texas. Since I was little I always enjoyed reading but it wasn't until I was a teenager that I decided to try my hand at writing and was surprised by how enjoyable I found it to be. I love the challenge. I've been writing since then yet I hadn't found the confidence or courage to share my stories with anybody. Now here I am in my 30\'s and I've just barely ventured out of my comfort zone - better late than never.

Doctor Who and its accoutrements are the property of the BBC, and we obviously don't have any right to them. Any and all crossover characters belong to their respective creators. Alas no one makes any money from this site, and it's all done out of love for a cheap-looking sci-fi show. All fics are property of their individual authors. Archival at this site should not be taken to constitute automatic archive rights elsewhere, and authors should be contacted individually to arrange further archiving. Despite occasional claims otherwise, The Blessed St Lalla Ward is not officially recognised by the Catholic Church. Yet.
