Author's Notes:

I wrote this drabble for two reasons. The first was to see if I could do an exactly 100 word story. I managed it, but I learned that it is not an easy task.

The second reason was to use this little story as a postcard to let readers know I am back and will begin posting more and updating my stories.

The Doctor scoffed upon overhearing his companions' game, yet still paused outside the doorway to listen.

"I'd absorb others' powers by touch," said Rose.

"You couldn't have any other skin contact," said Jack "Not even with…"

"Shhhhh!" Rose hissed. "The Doctor sort-of has powers. Wonder what he'd pick."

"I think shapeshifting."

"Telekenesis–for repairs," said the Doctor from the doorway. "Also, the X-Men marathon's over."

His startled companions shrugged, nodded, and watched The Avengers instead.
