Amy frowned. “It’s a tree.”
The Doctor resisted the temptation to roll his eyes. “This is the biggest, not to mention the oldest, tree in the universe. It could even be the first tree, the ancestor of every tree that ever was or will be! What does it take to impress you?”
“It’s hollow.”
“So would you be if you were this old.” The Doctor stuck his head inside the tree. “Hollow in there!” He shouted, his voice echoing in a vast, empty cavern, big enough to use as a ballroom. He grinned at Amy. “Always wanted to do that.”
