Oh my. This made me laugh so hard. Terrific!
*falls off chair* I had to stop for a minute somewhere around the Oncoming Sulk because I literally couldn't see the screen anymore I was laughing so hard!
HA! Great silly fun. I've often wondered about the whole repopulate the species thing from such a small founding population...not good for the gene pool. You have Ten's voice down perfectly! (I'm less familiar with Romana, but she's well done too). This story is full of great lines. I particularly liked this:
"It might be ginger," he said. "And I'd clean up after it and teach it tricks and make sure it didn't chew on anything important."
If it can keep its mouth off of important stuff then it's already doing better than Ten!
Oh, this was great. I love your characterization for both of them. And I have to say, the idea of Ten with a baby is adorable and frightening at the same time. Poor kid...
Poking a bit of fun at the "repopulate the species" trope. Amusing and nice. It brings a smile.
The ending is tremendously cute. I could see the Doctor getting all bouncy and enthusiastic and weird about having a baby.
I loved and adored this! It's sweet, and very funny, and a little bit sad, and just lovely and wonderful all around.
That was just plain fantastic. Poor blessed mother Romana. I am still giggling.
"I'm sure that has absolutely nothing to do with some idiot wandering about letting people call him the Lonely God." Laughed out loud at that! Bless him and his semi-attention-seeking ways.
Anyway, loved it! (Not least because the last bit reminded me of Casanova. But don't mind me...) :D
