Crying my eyes out... :-) A very nice, quite beautiful re-ending!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for reading and reviewing! I would apologise for the crying but...I'm just happy it made you feel feels!! :D
What a wonderful, bittersweet fix to Ten's regeneration! It certainly brought a lump to the throat. Thank you, and welcome to the Whoniverse. As you can see, it's a brilliant place to be!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! The Whoniverse has been incredibly generous with my stories since I've joined, I'm very grateful and quite moved!
This was absolutely amazing. I really wish that this was how it would've happened in the episode. It's so emotional and bittersweet. It's perfect.
Author's Response: Thank you so much, I don't think I could receive a greater compliment :')
I have to agree with Frin, this story broke my heart and made me cry. He was in so much pain, he was trying so hard to hold it together. As I read and went on his journey with him my heart proceeded to break into many pieces. And the baby....omg there is a baby!! And he said the words to her.
This is beautiful, heartbreaking, and oh so tragic. Our poor poor Timelord.
Author's Response: I feel like I should apologise for breaking your heart a little, but I'd be lying if I said the writer in me wasn't having a bit of a *CRAY MASTER LAUGHING* moment xD I'm so pleased it got the emotions through, it was quite painful to write, in an odd, cathartic way. Thank you so much for reviewing!
As I had already read and commented on this story on another site, I decided to re-read it here and say again how wonderful not only the story is, but your idea behind it is so refreshingly new and creative. Thank you again for writing one of my very favorite fan fiction.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to review again, and for giving this story so much love :')))
There are few stories that actually make me properly cry these days. I've read so many and you get a kind of immunity to them after a while. But this, that he actually said what he needed to say? Just beautiful. I have a real proper tear running down my cheek. So very sad and so very beautiful. This is going into my favourites so I can read it again... and again...
Author's Response: I didn't really expect any review when I posted this story on this website, so I find myself all kind of overwhelmed by the ones I have been receiving, yours on top of the list. Thank you so much for your kind words. Ten's regeneration REALLY pained me (aka big sobbing mess), it made me feel a bit better to give him another kind of goodbye scene with Rose, one that would give him more closure. Thank you again, you made my week!
