A wonderful conclusion to a very awkward situation.
Author's Response: Thank you SO much for your kind comments, you really made my day. I'm so happy you've liked it —and that's over, as I was pretty anxious about it. :).
Interesting tidbit about her name meaning "fish"; always enjoy a well done TGIF aftermath story...well done.
Author's Response: Thank you very, very much, you've really made my day. I must confess that I was pretty hesitant about this story, publishing or not, that is. It has been sitting in my drawers for forever, but finally I went for it: I finished translating it, and here it is. Next (and last) chapter should be up soon as I've already submitted it. As for my pun about poisson/fish, it just made sense to me, as I'm not a native French speaker either. Thank you again for you kind comment.
I absolutely adore this. Whenever I see a story that has reference to the Bint I totally avoid it, didn't like that ep, don't like the stories. But! For some reason I decided to look at your fic and I'm so glad I did. It is a Doctor and Rose story first and foremost, and being a hardcore shipper, it is exactly what I like to read.
Please tell me you plan to finish it, nothing worse than getting involved in a great story like this, only to be abandoned.
Looking forward, eagerly, to more from you!!
Author's Response: Wow! I’m absolutely speechless. Thank you SO VERY much for your very kind comment, and for taking the risk of reading something you are/you could be uncomfortable with. It means the world to me, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for it. Thanks again! I, too, am one of those who have despised THAT episode, for so many reasons it would be VERY long to list. :) I do apologise for forgetting to say, in my Author’s Notes, that my story is indeed complete —as all the stories I start publishing— and coming to an end. One more chapter to go that I’ll post very soon. As said, I’m not an English speaker, so my stories are, at least for the largest part, written in another language, then translated. Moreover, I’m a bit of a “polisher” and it takes me ages to deem them “done”. I do understand —and share— the frustration of being involved in a story to see it WIP forever. Thank you again for your trust and the kindest of comments. <3
