1: Chapter 1

I haven't had the time to read this before now, and now that I've actually read it, I wish I could give you a more coherent response than ADFAJADLKSALFAJKSFLAKKSJD HOW IS THIS SO GREAT?! Your Missy voice and Osgood introspection are *perfect*, not to mention perfectly fucked-up. It's a hell of a story.

Author's Response: Aaaaah, thank you so much! Those two don't have enough dialogue for me to feel comfortable writing them, so I'm so glad the voices worked for you! (I will admit that I heavily supplemented Osgood's voice with my own, and Missy's fallback rule was "more evil, more bananas, less drunk Sadie Doyle.")

Well. That was a hell of a thing. It feels strange to compliment you on making me anxious while I read this, but it takes serious writing skill to accomplish what you managed to here. You made Missy genuinely scary.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! :)

...wow. That was intense and terrifying and way too realistic for comfort. I'd love to see what happens when they finally encounter the Doctor...

Oh, and on a science note, red blood cells (at least in humans) don't *have* nuclei. It's sort of a distinguishing feature of that type of cell.

Author's Response: Thanks so much! I do have a sequel planned, though it focuses less on the Doctor and more on Kate (I feel like the Doctor would take one look at this situation at be like \'GUILTGUILTGUILT HERE IS SOMEONE MORE QUALIFIED THAN ME BYE NOW GUILTGUILTGUILT). P.S. The red blood cell nuclei was supposed to be a weird alien thing, but I could have made that clearer.
