Whoa! Seriously good story. Would make an excellent prologue, if you wanted to completely expand it. I love the potential you have sitting there. Thanks!
Author's Response: I did leave it pretty open-ended, didn\'t I? While I currently have no plans/ideas to expand on this, I would like to eventually! If I ever get any ideas, I\'ll be sure to write them! I\'m so glad you enjoyed this little story! Thank you for your lovely review!
This was heart-rending and beautiful. Gah - what have you done to me? You captured so much emotion; the Doctor's despair and emptiness was just too much.
Completely surprised and delighted by the turn-about though. Gorgeous parallels (each one made me smile) and the discovery of the TARDIS and Gallifrey... Brilliantly done.
Author's Response: Oh wow! I can\'t believe I missed this review. Thank goodness I didn\'t delete the alert from my mail. Thank you so much! I\'m glad you enjoyed it.
How very wonderful! It was hard to read the epilogue through my tears from the first chapter, but I'm so glad I pushed on. The Doctor and Rose get their forever...as they should.
Author's Response: *hands tissues and chocolates* I\'m glad you pushed on too! Yes, the Doctor and Rose is just as it should be! Thank you and I\'m so glad you enjoyed it!
This was gorgeous. Loved it. Even the sad parts that made me sniffle. :)
Author's Response: Aww, I\'m sorry I made you cry! But I\'m so very glad you enjoyed it! *hands tissues and chocolates*
I. AM. DEAD.
So beautiful! I had NO IDEA how you were going to wrap this up into Forever, but you did it so beautifully!
Author's Response: Noo! *resurrects Whoville* *I* had no idea how I was gonna wrap it up, not gonna lie. I mean, I knew the basics, and I knew the ending HAD to happen, but it was a tough road getting them there. I\'m so glad you enjoyed the way it worked out!
Welp, I bawled my eyes out. Great job, love!
Author's Response: *hands tissues and chocolates* I\'m sorry, Yumi! I\'m glad you enjoyed it, though!
Made me cry and smile.
I have to ask though. By the end do they know who they fully are, or do they just think they have those memories and see their future? I might be being obtuse here. :)
Fantastic story! I haven't seen anything else like it.
Author's Response: They know they are also the Doctor and Rose Tyler, and in my head they slowly start regaining memories of their former lives as they continue on their adventures. If I ever get any inspiration to write more of them, I shall! I\'m glad you found something different and enjoyed it!
Although the first part of this chapter was absolutely heartbreaking, I really loved where you took this: to new lives together, to the TARDIS and to Gallifrey (and beyond). Fantastic!
Author's Response: So glad you enjoyed it!!! I cried writing the first part myself and of course I needed a happy ending.
You made me cry- twice. Seriously, great story. Loved the reincarnation at the end. The Doctor and Rose. In the TARDIS. As it should be.
Author's Response: Aaa gave me the wonderful idea of reincarnation because I was not gonna post the first part until I had a solution. I\'m sorry for making you cry! Glad you enjoyed it, though! *hands tissues and chocolates*
;-; Thank you so much for Chapter 2. Chapter 1 was just too many tears.
Author's Response: It huuuurt so much to write chapter 1. I had NEVER done something like that. An epilogue HAD to be done. *hands tissues and chocolates*
Wahhhh!!! Gorgeous, hon--and so sad!! I need that epilogue. ;)
Author's Response: Thank you Shel! I\'m working on it! Hopefully it\'s up to par and doesn\'t leave people starving for blood. XP
I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU I LOVE YOU BUT I CAN'T...I CAN'T OMG
Author's Response: I LOVE YOU TOO BEAR. I PROMISE, I PROMISE IT WILL WORK OUT IN THE END. YOU\'LL SEE. I WILL FIX THIS.
You apparently DO do angst, and you did it beautifully! Really heartbreaking because you made it so very believable.
Loved how you wrote the years out of order.
Author's Response: I do! It\'s scary; I didn\'t think I had it in me! I\'m glad it seemed believable! :D I tried writing the years in order, but it didn\'t feel right so I switched their first two years at the end of this. At first, the Doctor was supposed to be having these flashbacks, but didn\'t have enough time to fit the scene I had in mind here. I\'ll do it in the epilogue where there will be a little more angst and then a happy end - or beginning, depending on how you look at it. ;)
Ahhhh I love you and your angst.
Now write me that epilogue PUHLEAAAASE
Author's Response: *snuggles you* I LOVE YOU FOR HELPING ME THINK OF A HAPPY END. BECAUSE I WAS DYING ON THE INSIDE LEAVING IT LIKE THIS. I am on it! *salutes*
