Poor patient Jacko. He did his best, and at least they had fun in the end.
Author's Response: Itchy trousers are no fun, K
Ooof... little boys in suits do indeed look darling, but you simply cannot expect them to tolerate grown-up business networking affairs. Put them in the suit, play pass the kid for half an hour so everybody who wants can have the cute pictures, and send them off to get changed and go do something more age appropriate.
Like run about a farm and get messy. *snickers at John for having to stay at the boring "party"*
Author's Response: There was no way that Jacko was going to come back in clean and tidy was there?
How did I miss this one? Poor Jack, being made to fit in at an adult affair. I'm betting John won't try that again, at least until he's 10 or so. The upside to it all... it wasn't a tux.
Author's Response: Yeah, a tux would have been a step too far - and rather unlucky!
Author's Response: Ta, glad you liked.
Aww....typical boys. Love Jacko feeling sorry for Daddy at the end. :)
(More TD stories!)
Author's Response: Yeah, he was kind of grumpy with John to begin with but when he knows his dad doesn\'t like that kind of thing either, I think John would have much rather been down on the farm with Jack and his new friend making mud pies.
Yes, yes... John should definitely bring his wellies next time in order to wade through all the posh BS. LOL!!
That was a fabulous story. I could most certainly envision little Jacko scratching his bum from the itchy suit trousers. Had a good laugh over that!
Thanks for another TD fix!
Author's Response: Itchy bum trousers are no fun at all.
Having been the little girl who went playing football with her male cousins in her Easter Best, I congratulate Jack from breaking in his suit properly, because as his friend said: Grownup parties are most tedious.
Author's Response: Yeah, lol, I was the girl that wore the cut off jean shorts underneath the skirt when I got made to wear one for Sunday school.
LOL! A day in the life of Jack Tyler! cute!
Author's Response: Hope you enjoyed. He didn\'t like that suit, that was for sure.
Haha, splendid title. Poor Tyler boys - I don't envy them at all.
Author's Response: There is some degree of responsibility when belonging to the Tyler household, at five Jacko is just coming to the point where he is old enough, I am guessing that along with Tony, at some point Jacko will be the heir to the estate, unless Tony has kids, not sure how it would work, but even if he does not inherit all of the Tyler estate he\'d certainyl take on John\'s legacy and that has a measure of responsibility though a healthy measure of irresponsibility to balance it lol.
I love my favourite soap opera updates.
Author's Response: It had been a while, and had a bit of a bummer of a day, so thought a bit of TD Jacko silliness would cheer me up, glad you enjoyed.
