I adored the part where he said he loved Rose... Aw :).
I liked the whole story though. It was fantastic.
Author's Response: Thanks!
Oh I do so love your Doctor Donna interactions and although he may have deserved the slap for getting himself in that mess I do feel a bit like he had been punished already dealing with this bad trip. Unless he didn't remember any of the tripping then he soo deserved it worrying Donna like that. Bottom Like: Delightful story!
Author's Response: I left it up to the reader whether he remembers or not. Personally, I don\'t think he does. But Donna needed to get it out either way. ;) Thanks for reading!
How can you always manage to mix heaps of emotions in, and yet all of your stories still flow properly?
You. Are. An. Awesome. Writer.
That is all.
Author's Response: Thank you. I can\'t tell you how happy that makes me. =)
Just reread this now, and I liked it. It was cool and I totally could see Donna slapping him! I like your fics.
Speaking of which, I like how you made Rose say, "Oh my gosh!" in Paradoxical instead of the usual OMG, you know? And what did you mean in that reply to the other reviewer, "Emotions aren't the only thing that make us unique, you know"?
But I think I know what you mean. Don't worry, I believe it too (if my assumption is correct)
:)
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I don\'t like taking the Lord\'s name in vain or curse words, so I just don\'t write them. The emotions thing is referring to Two Months, yes? I meant that there are lots of things that make people different besides emotions; therefore, taking away emotions would not make everyone identical like Cybermen. Personality traits should still linger.
just re-read this. I so love it. Both perfectly in character-- I could see this happening as a scene on the show.
Author's Response: Thanks very much. Glad I warranted a re-read. =)
Donna must have been dying to give him that slap
Author's Response: Yes she was. =)
Awe...poor doctor. I mean, is it his fault that society in the 1950's wasn't ready for his bread of social insanity? Donna could have given him a break ;) Great story!!!
Author's Response: Is ANY society ready for the Doctor\'s social insanity? ;)
Hahaha the last line had me laughing so much!
Author's Response: Thanks very much. =)
Very funny! You've really nailed their voices here, and I love the way the Doctor makes those manic shifts. Really enjoyed this.
Author's Response: I love writing Doctor rambles. And a drugged-up Doctor rambles even more than usual.
Ha! I thought this seemed familiar, then I went to your profile and saw why. I think I've got this one bookmarked on FF. Ten is so insanely huggable when he's tripping, though I can see why Donna's getting annoyed, heck, I'd be frantic too. And he does deserve that smack at the end. Unless he can't remember the night before. Or something.
Anyway, liked this. :D :D :D
Author's Response: Ten is already so crazy, and I love making him more so. ^_^
And yes, I posted this on FF first. I\'m posting all my FF stories on here too now.
i really liked this fic. you enjoyed writing this, didnt you? Lol
Author's Response: It was far more interesting than the psychology lecture on therapy my professor was giving that day. =)
This was awesomely scary and funny at the same time. Is it just me or do we have a small batch of mental institution fics on Teaspoon? I'm writing one right now, and Fleurdetemps wrote one called Midnight; that was good too.
Author's Response: Because under normal circumstances, the Doctor would be classified as a grade-A nut. He\'s such a brilliant nut though. =)
