LOL! I love both Doctor Who and Big Bang Theory, so I was thrilled at finding a crossover like this. I can imagine a meeting between them going exactly like this. And it would be fun to see who drove who insane first.
Here via Calufrax. I've been thinking that this would be a great crossover, and it was! Loved Penny as "the companion-that-never-was" in particular. You nailed the characters well.

That was really well-written; I don't watch Big Bang Theory all that often, but I could still hear Leonard and Sheldon in my head as I read. You caught their characters very well. I showed the fic to my mom - who's a fan of both Doctor Who and BBT - and she agrees, it was very well written! She was a little disappointed that Leonard didn't go off with the Doctor, instead - he'd fit in well, she thinks.

I always know I\'ve done well when I get one of those from someone\'s parent. :) I\'m afraid it wasn\'t in the stars (as it were) for Leonard to be a companion, at least this time around; who knows what the bunnies will bring in the future, though?

Author's Response: Leonard/Penny is just adorable (adorkable?) -- and I just knew Leonard would get territorial about Penny with Ten (esp. given the latter\'s fondness for blonde Earth girls). Actually, I *know*someone like Sheldon IRL; haven\'t killed him yet,but then I don\'t have to live with him, either (yay!). Thanks! Glad you liked the story. :)
