*gasp* There's fic for Ace and Gwendoline! And it's good and in-character for them. :D
Author's Response: Thank you! (I think Livii might have written one too, and she's very awesome.)
*stifling a laugh* This is cute! And I could definitely see that endng happening.
Author's Response: Thank you! :-)
This is so sweet and so IC. :)
Author's Response: Aw, thank you! I love Ben and Polly.
Wow, so beautiful. Just perfect.
Author's Response: Aw, thank you. :-)
Heehee, good one. I love DW crossed over with classic detective fiction, it fits so well.
Author's Response: Thanks!
Oh my gosh I never thought I'd see a DW/House of Eliott crossover, but it totally works. So fun, I love it. :)
Author's Response: Thank you! Very nice to run into someone who actually knows what HoE is!!
Ah, Ace. Always ready to tell all her mind for her dear Professor. I'm not a believer in Seven/Ace either but this was sure as heck a fun drabble! :)
Author's Response: Thank you! :-)
Here I am again 18 months later, and this has hit me in a much better way this time. We get to be surprised at Leela's cleverness, while she stayed in character, as her straightforward plain-spoken self. This got me thinking about the importance of little surprises in dialogue, raising expectations then going the other way. That might seem obvious-- I'm sleep-deprived as usual.
The sentimental line from Andred wasn't overly so, and it stood out. 'Leela gave an illuminating, beatific smile.' She does do that, doesn't she? This made me want to get back to Leelafic again, after many years.
Author's Response: Aw, thanks so much. And more Leela fic, as I think I said before, is always a good thing!
I have no memory of Damon. Still, I like little snapshot moments like this, in fanfic. Well done. And I think they've got at least one bar...
Author's Response: Thank you! (Damon clearly fancied Nyssa; at least so I think...!)
Yes, that was densely-packed fun. I mean, it's only 100 words, should there really be that much fun? Pace yourself. Anyway, I like picturing the Brig actually grabbing the spoon, or whatever, and eating, with every single person around him making awkward, alarmed noises....
Author's Response:  Thanks. :-)
I think you've indeed proven that it's possible to cross Doctor Who with a drug-induced hallucinatory vision! Bravo!
Author's Response: Erm... It was Children\'s TV... :-)
I never thought I'd say this, but... now I want to know what happens next to Mel. How did you make me want that?
Author's Response: Um. I don\'t know? Thanks! :-)
No Spike...?
Mind you, just when exactly, will The Doctor & Amy encounter the Press Gang crew, given that Both series were/are written by a certain S.Moffat...?
Author's Response: It would be wonderful, wouldn\'t it? Shall we start a petition?
And there\'s only so much you can get in a drabble - Spike does tend to talk quite a bit!!
Was one of the recipe books titled To Serve Man by any chance...?
Author's Response: I think it was something along those lines! :-)
Oh dear!! *giggles*
Author's Response: Well, yes... :-)
