Oh, that was lovely. There was a baby in the end and that always makes me tear up. The Doctor is a daddy again and Rose is back and they can live happily ever after.
I must admit, I didn't see that coming. I thoug maybe Rose had some weird alien cancer or was morphing into a Time Lady or something. Her being pregnant is a nice alternative, though. And I am a sucker for babyfic. :)
Now I'm curious to find out what's wrong with Rose.... Shame on you!
I really enjoyed the fact that Martha and Rose got along from the get-go. Everyone seems to think they'd hate each other and go into a jealous rage, but I don't. They're both mature women who could look past their affections for the Doctor and be friends. You've portrayed that perfectly.
The Dalek didn't hit him! I could simply kiss you! That's brilliant. They get to have a proper reunion. And even more badass!Rose. I quite like her.
Rose. Rose. Rose. A badass Rose with a gun. I love her like that; working hard to get back to the Doctor. She's so strong and you've shown this perfectly.
My number one choice for 'Let's have this happen instead of that Canon Rubbish' series. Wonderful!
Author's Response: Hee, thank you!
"That is one slimming coat"
Best.Line.Ever.
Author's Response: That was one of my favorite lines too! Thanks!
I really liked it. It was good to have a different take AND I cried at the end!
Author's Response: Thank you!
I think everyone could use a different take, lol, not matter what our opinion on Journey\'s End is.
I\'d say sorry I made you cry, but that was the intended effect, so instead I\'ll say thank you!
There\'s a follow up to it, one shot waiting to be approved, so if you liked the ending you might want to check that out when it\'s approved!
Thank you!
