1: Chapter 1

I am sorry to see that this story was written so long ago and you may never recieve this comment, but I have to tell you that I absolutely LOVE this story! It is amazing, and anyone who is going to read it I encourage you to continue. The characters match their personalities very well and I enjoy every minute of it. What I like the most, but also somewhat regret enjoying are all of the concepts and situations that make this more realistic. Doctor Who, if you truly examine it, does not follow the laws of anything and basically does whatever it feels like doing, but this story stays to realistic guidelines and even explains the ones that would stump most other people, much like how the classic Who used to do. Sometimes you miss the logic behind everything in the distress of the situation and it is never explained and some people accept that without a fight, but it needs to be done.
So, Bravo and such and I love it! I cannot wait to read more and see how it ends and then real the sequel, as I have heard about in the other comments. And seeing as I am a few years too late to do much else other than thoroughly appluad your work, Aux revoir!

That was a lovely chapter, one of the best interpretations of TIme Lord logic vs. human warmth I've ever seen. Worthy of the Doctor indeed.

1: Chapter 1

I hadn't realized that this was a prequel of sorts to A Choice Made in Fear. It is not necessary to read this one first but is nice to read about the events mentioned in the beginning of Choice. Once again I have to say that you write these characters so competely believeable. Tegan has always been my favorite companion and I love reading stories about her and the Doctor. Oh, by the way, i loved this story to. =)

Author's Response: Hi Lisa.. thanks again for the encouragement and appreciation. I hope my gratitude returns on me in the form of you doing a few Five/Tegan stories of your own. I love to see new ones from everyone.

14: Fourteen and Prologue

This is one of those stories you just can't stop reading.

Author's Response: Hi! Thanks for the great feedback. One always likes to hear that they've written a real... well, what can we say, Mouse-clicker if not page-turner... of a story. Hope you might find my other long one just as exciting. Have a great day and thanks again for taking the time to remark. Arianna

Re:Which BBC Department Produced Doctor Who...? Mouth On Legs, the department that produced/is producing Doctor Who, is the Drama Department, not Children's Television.... (Mind You, given the later Post-Davison seasons, you could be forgiven for thinking otherwise...).

"And now the Prologue..." Lurcio - Up Pompeii Could this be the "Hook" for a series as Warinbabylon suggests...?

Author's Response: Oh, I don't know about a series but I have a few stories in mind. These were two of my favorite sf characters ever and I just regret that the children's dept at the Beeb had the show. I had the impression Peter and Janet were joking flirting at times and then there was that bit about the bed in King's Demons. Sure the Beeb knew the implications that could be drawn from a very attractive man and a beautiful woman who at least looked the same age going through all these difficult adventures together. I think they would have looiked more like a couple to someone grazing past the show than any other pair that were on there.

Excellent ending! I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The plot was well paced and the characterizations were dead-on. You could start a series of stories with this one. :D Thank you!
