hi, i read all of the "color of light" chapters, and i liked it, it was kinda sad though. i hope you make another part to it, and i hope the doctor's injuries dont make him regenerate. i hope he gets better. all of your fanfics are good.
I loved the story. In a sort of love-hate way... I don't know, I don't have much to say here. Except I can't wait until you write the sequel, and the ending actually struck me as _happy_, which is entirely the result of it coming after such a heartwrenching story, because only in relative terms could an ending like that be happy.
Where's the option under "Opinion of story?" for "Loved it"?
This story has made me cringe, feel nauseous, weep and rage. You have taken a very difficult and controversial subject matter and turned it into a story that makes the reader feel all the rage that the characters feel. Despite it being uncomfortable reading, and it is uncomfortable, but that is a sign that you have done your job properly, it keeps making me come back to read the new chapters; the sign of a good story I feel. I think you are very brave to write this, I am not sure that I could have and you are obviously very talented to have written this in such a way that it emotes the reader and makes them want to come back.
Ah, now you've made me want to know just where and why the man (the Master?) has sent them. :)
I've really enjoyed (if that's the right word for it) this story.
Looking forward to the sequel,
I'm glad that I waited to read your story until it was finished. I'm not sure I could have stand to wait the whole time.
Like everyone else said it's really intense (my throat's feeling narrow right now)
Oh god, the healing process will take ages and I so want to see you writing them through that tough time.
*waits even more impatiently* :P
A reallly dark fic, but
“You’re going to pay for this,” she said coldly. “All of you.”
Your writing is, as ever, simultaneously powerful and painful.
*waits not-so-patiently for the next part*
I think everyone else has already covered it. It's sad and disturbing and thought-provoking and suspenseful, and, my God, I read Chapter 3 yesterday and it's still running around my head.
Oh, but one minor spelling thing-- about every single time you mean to put "rib", you put "rip". Otherwise, it's hard to believe English isn't your first language!
Author's Response: Thanks a lot. That\'s really flattering!
Intense. And amazing, really amazing. For the love of Rassilon, this story might just be the one that kills me. Great work, I can't wait for the next bit!
I do hope that in the very end all will end up being ok for the Doctor and the not breathing thing is just a cliff hanger.
Because I HATE death stories!
And I like the torture part so far (just read a little of the 1st chapter. Cause i learned a bad way a long time ago, so i check and make sure the ending is good before you read something lol)(torture part cause i like the torture...not a big fan of rape so i'm skipping around a lot)
Anywayyy.... haha good work for this so far then.
Rassilon, I love your writing.
So, so intense.
I didn't think it was possible for this to get any better, any more painful, but it did!
You really do write beautifully, you know. :)
*is no longer coherent*
Can't wait for the next part. :)
I can't stand reading it! In kind of a good way. Very good story, anyway, it all fits together perfectly and it's believable. A story could get a bit contrived trying to reach this level of heartwrenchingness, but this makes perfect sense. But I will honestly be just a bit depressed ALL THE TIME until you finish!
This is so dark and yet so lovely. It's amazingly well written. I can't wait for more, please update soon!
This is biting and had me near tears in many places. I'm sure in later chapters you'll have me outright bawling. The writing, is, astonishing, even more so since you say on your author's page that English is not your first language. I'm floored by your talent and shiver to think what images you must be able to weave in your native tongue.
More soon? :)
