2: Chapter 2: Hitting the ground

Whoa. The first chapter was really, outrageously hot, then you follow it up with this beautifully-written, painful aftermath. I like that you took the unusual step of making Rose the one with the inner turmoil. Unfortunately, she's not handling it well. Poor Doctor.

As you can see, I'm on my way through all of your stories. This little piece is one of my favorites. I don't know why but it's touching somehow, something in me.
I like him falling for her :)

This story is very sad. I would love to see a sequel, but, yeah, loving what you have so far. Quite different from most things people write.

2: Chapter 2: Hitting the ground

Oh... this is all so sad. Perfectly beautiful, but so tragic. It breaks my heart. I love everything that you write, and this fic is no exception. *sighs* Why do I love this when it makes me so sad?

Author's Response: I write what I feel, you know that.

Gorgeous.

So, Smiths huh? This Charming Man, of course. :)

Author's Response: There is a light that never goes out. Cemetery gates, on a happy day.

2: Chapter 2: Hitting the ground

I agree a brilliantly and beautifully written chapter and the prose just runs along perfectly capturing how the Doctor feels. He's fallen hard - hasn't he - poor sod! Very selfish of Rose to dismiss him so offhandedly - but that's my view LOL.

Author's Response: Yes - she is a very bad girl in this. Thanks for reading.

Beautifully written! It's very difficult to do such descriptive prose without all the words getting in the way of the meaning, if you know what I mean. I find you've captured both characters so well -- including what I find so frustrating about Rose. Too wrapped up in her own issues to really LOOK AT HIM. Thanks for this lovely story.

Author's Response: She\'s got lots of issues in this, although they are a bit of a mystery to me. I\'m with you on the look at him front.

I really adore all of your fics, but this is truly fantastic! Everything just seems to flow like an incoming tide. Truly lovely. I can't wait to read what happens next!

Author's Response: Thanks very much for the compliment and I like the description of the tide very much. I might need to steal that.

Wow. That's it, Wow. Saying anything else would be overkill.

Author's Response: So few words, so many ways I should say thank you.

As ever, the only nine I read and it's gorgeous. Well done, as ever!

Author's Response: Yours is the only Ten I read so we are quits.

Just absolutely beautiful. Oh the poor Doctor. He is such a tortured soul, even when he's in heaven.

Author's Response: Sadly, he\'s not going to be in heaven for very long though.

This is so gorgeous, so perfect. Like Lilibet said, you are a brilliant writer and I am beyond honored that you did this.

Author's Response: Yeah well, you asked, I wrote. If the song hadn\'t given me the story I wouldn\'t have been able to write anything. Would still prefer a Smiths number though.

This is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. I found that was holding my breath as I read this for fear of disturbing them! You are an artist sap, you really are. You have such an amazing way with words.

Author's Response: No it isn\'t, no I\'m not and no I don\'t. You should read the half of 5.5+ I\'ve written, then you wouldn\'t write such glowing praise.
