Hello, my name is Andrew Bohman, and I\'m a rather obsessive Doctor Who fanboy. A fan of both old and new Who, I take particular interest in the Doctor\'s home planet and his people. As a result, I\'m fascinated by the Time War and the War Doctor\'s experience, so I have embarked on a series of fan-fiction books giving my interpretation of the events, entitled \"No Peace on Gallifrey.\" I have published this fan fiction on both fanfiction.net and this Dr. Who fan fiction archive, in order to reach a larger audience.

To give a little bit about myself, I\'m an American musician, writer, and sci-fi geek (though the latter two have already been established). When I\'m not creating orchestral scores and playing piano, I\'m either watching Doctor Who or writing something about Doctor Who, be it philosophical or persuasive articles for Doctor Who TV or my fan fiction. As far as writing goes, I have been a writer for about 9 years, ever since I was 8 years old and fell in love with the works of Tolkien. I\'m a believer in good prose and grammar, though I deem my work to be a rather far cry from \"good prose,\" I still take care when crafting the English language. Hopefully my writing style comes across as decent without being too boring. Hopefully.

Addressing the content of my Doctor Who fan fiction, I make a point to be canonically accurate. I do quite a bit of research in an attempt to give a greater sense of realism. My main goal is to make these pass as official Doctor Who books.

Also, I will say this as a note about the rating of my writing. I try to hold myself to a higher moral standard (like the Doctor), so my writing is completely clean. I guarantee that there is absolutely no foul language or sexual content. Not even any romance (well, that\'s mostly \'cause I\'m a guy). I do however have some intense war violence and some darker scenes, and though it\'s not outright gory, it would carry a PG-13 rating if made into a film. Hence, the \"T\" rating.

Feedback and support is greatly appreciated. If you like my fan-fiction, please let me know in the comments. If you don\'t, still let me know (and say why). I honestly have no idea how well this will be received, so anything to let me know and help me improve would be appreciated. Thanks!

Cruciform Rising by Andrew Bohman [Reviews - 1]
(Part I in the Series, "No Peace on Gallifrey: An Account of the Last Great Time War") In the early days of the Time War, the War Doctor is tasked with installing a massive Gallifreyan device in the heart of the front lines—a device which will separate the war from the rest of the universe: the Cruciform. Fighting by his side is a fleet of Battle Tardises, an army of Time Lords, and a very old friend—or foe, rather. But establishing a Time Lock in the heart of an ever-raging war zone is no simple mission, one which is only made more difficult by the mounting threat of the Daleks and their frightening warfare, warfare which grows ever stronger as time progresses.

Doctor Who and its accoutrements are the property of the BBC, and we obviously don't have any right to them. Any and all crossover characters belong to their respective creators. Alas no one makes any money from this site, and it's all done out of love for a cheap-looking sci-fi show. All fics are property of their individual authors.
