The Doctor has regenerated once more and is tracing an infamous jailor, who lives in a young teen's apartment. Alyss Arkanian is not amused when the Doctor explains his reason for breaking-and-entering, namely, clumsily breaking her pictures and plates and then asking for a saw. Set in the 24th century on Earth, the 12th Doctor finds new companions and enemies with help of both a genius and a time agent (said time agent is not Captain Jack Harkness, but a new addition).
