I am a twenty-something medical student living in the American West, where the cowboys meet the hippies. If you would like me to be super-pedantic about your medical and/or scientific accuracy in fiction, I can do that, though I generally try and curb the urge.

Review and comments are always welcome, even if it is the sort that starts "I liked it, but X could be better". Especially if it's that sort. You can't ever be a better writer unless someone points out where you are going wrong.
