Well alright then.
I'm American (oh, the shame), and this leads to great frustration as BBC doesn't love us as much and we have to wait for a rather long time to see anything new.
My favorite Doctors are rather stereotypically, 10, 4 and 9. I say stereotypically because whenever you ask almost anyone who their Doctor is/was they say Tom Baker. And not to say he wasn't great, he was, it's just....everyone picks him. I think over all though, 10 is my favorite and I'll be very sad to see him go. 9 is very fun for angst ridden pieces.
And pairings wise...Jack/Rose/9 or 10 is always a classic.
