Been a DW fan since the 80s, but have never been very active in fandom. The first real fanfic I wrote was eleven years ago, a massive fixit novel in response to the the final episode of Quantum Leap. Then a long dry spell till now; been wanting to get back to writing, and fanfic is a nice, low impact way to go about it. I'll see where it takes me.
And, while I'm thinking about it, I should add that I have no illusions about owning characters that belong to others, have no intention of making any money off of this (as if!), and am just having fun. |
