Complete & total newbie to DW. Was raised on Trek (the original series – it was the only show my parents would let me stay up to watch when I was 5 – guess that gives my chronological age away…), Tolkien, and Narnia.

Watched part of a DW ep once years and years ago – looked too weird so kept flipping channels.

Channel flipping now in the 21st century, caught a glimpse of “Aliens of London” last year and got hooked. Swore up and down that I was not watching any more after Eccleston left.

Happened to see part of TCI – one look at David did me in. Am now totally infatuated (didn’t think that was possible for someone my age.) Oddly enough, my mom loves him too – she had seen Casanova and stupid me didn’t realize he was in HP4.

After the heartbreak of watching “Doomsday” I am now really NOT watching anymore – I admit it, I am now a hardcore 10-Rose shipper. That’s my disclaimer for any and all fics I end up writing (and the ideas are piling up). Found this site in the middle of my gloom and have been living happily and vicariously thru all the wonderful fics here.

Update (5 Feb 07): I found a Beta/Muse and now co-author! My story "Time Unlocked" is currently going thru massive growing pains so there won't be any updates or new chapters posted until the re-tooling is sufficiently along that the end is achievable. Many thanks to all for your wonderful reviews & comments - I'll let you know when the baby is ready to be born! Gratitude and hugs to my LJ partner in crime - runningondreams!

Doctor Who and its accoutrements are the property of the BBC, and we obviously don't have any right to them. Any and all crossover characters belong to their respective creators. Alas no one makes any money from this site, and it's all done out of love for a cheap-looking sci-fi show. All fics are property of their individual authors. Archival at this site should not be taken to constitute automatic archive rights elsewhere, and authors should be contacted individually to arrange further archiving. Despite occasional claims otherwise, The Blessed St Lalla Ward is not officially recognised by the Catholic Church. Yet.
