I\'m a doctoral student in Anthropology (now ABD, I guess...wahootie!), and a dedicated anglophile. I work in Wales and Ireland on tourism at archaeological sites, and can translate (though not speak very well) Gaelic and Welsh...which made the Blaidd Drwg thing fun for me cause I got it before the Doctor!

I know I watched Doctor Who before the new stuff, but all I really remember was a guy with a long scarf and another guy with some celery in his lapel. My partner and I are netflix-ing the old episodes, starting with Tom Baker (who was his childhood Doctor), and I love them.

I adore Nine, alone and with Rose. I like Ten and look forward to seeing what they do with him in S3, but I really dislike the way they wrote Rose in S2, and the show\'s attempts to further a chemistry-less romance between Ten/Rose almost destroyed for me what was an amazingy and compelling love story between Nine/Rose. So I guess you won\'t be seeing me write any Ten/Rose. I just can\'t suspend disbelief enough to do it.

I love crossovers and crosspost at Twisting the Hellmouth, where I\'m working on a dark and violent Harry Potter/Crow fic (for anyone interested).

Finally, I adore the people here at Teaspoon. You\'re fabulous about offering reviews and encouragement -- by far the best community I\'m involved with. Thank you so much to everyone for remembering that Reviews are the currency of ficcing!

Doctor Who and its accoutrements are the property of the BBC, and we obviously don't have any right to them. Any and all crossover characters belong to their respective creators. Alas no one makes any money from this site, and it's all done out of love for a cheap-looking sci-fi show. All fics are property of their individual authors. Archival at this site should not be taken to constitute automatic archive rights elsewhere, and authors should be contacted individually to arrange further archiving. Despite occasional claims otherwise, The Blessed St Lalla Ward is not officially recognised by the Catholic Church. Yet.
