I'm a software engineer with a full time job. I write most of my fanfic on my train ride to and from work, which is why I'm a bit of a slow writer.

I enjoy almost all of the companions in the new series (I haven't seen any of the original series to have any opinions on the companions there), however I feel very strongly that Rose is the only romantic interest for the Doctor. I love their chemistry and I love the personalities.

Ten is my Doctor but I have a soft spot for the world weary Nine because the change in Doctor over season one is just amazing to me.

I still can't decide what I think of TenII, but some fan interpretations of him have really grown on me.

As for fan-fiction, it seems that every time I gravitate to a new television show its because I'm drawn to the relationship between one of the couples. My first foray into reading fan-fic was Mulder and Scully. Since then I've branched out to Mara and Luke in Star Wars and the Doctor and Rose in Doctor Who. I've been writing Star Wars stories for myself for many years, but it was Doctor Who that convinced me to finally share my fanfiction with others.

The dynamic between Rose and the Doctor (both Nine and Ten) just warms my heart.

Doctor Who and its accoutrements are the property of the BBC, and we obviously don't have any right to them. Any and all crossover characters belong to their respective creators. Alas no one makes any money from this site, and it's all done out of love for a cheap-looking sci-fi show. All fics are property of their individual authors. Archival at this site should not be taken to constitute automatic archive rights elsewhere, and authors should be contacted individually to arrange further archiving. Despite occasional claims otherwise, The Blessed St Lalla Ward is not officially recognised by the Catholic Church. Yet.
