Hope


Man' s true nature can be terrible. Martha Jones learned that fact early on in her life, from the poorly veiled racist comments others made behind her back in primary school, or the way some people looked at her in the streets. Still, she chose to believe that despite all its wrongs, mankind was deserving of her care and devotion.

It' s why she decides to become a doctor. It' s why she chooses to travel with the Doctor. And as the chorus of voices rise, restoring the Doctor's youth, Martha smiles. There is hope for mankind after all.
