The Doctor is in dispair loosing another companion, and the fact that he killed his old foe, The Master. He doesn't know what to do, but now there are voices from somewhere inside The TARDIS that disturb him even more.... I added another page to the prologue, as I don't want to do one page chapters, and this sets the stage for chapter 1, and the arrival on Amagon!

I cut down the prologue and left more of it in chapter 1. We see the changes already occurring, so we go to chapter 2 where The Doctor meets Ol' King Cold....
