"It's the Doctor! We're saved!" -- to hear THAT come from a Dalek? Priceless. Loved this chapter. Been a long and busy few months. Finding any spare time to read, let alone write, is a nightmare. Hopefully I can keep on with this. Just needed a quick break from homework. maybe I'll get lucky enough to squeeze in an hour of writing before bed, lol!

Author's Response: Aw, thank you! You know, that was actually one of my favorite scenes in this chapter. :) I loved the idea of the children being pests instead of prisoners and it seemed to fit as they are the Doctor’s great-grand children after all. ;) And thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read and review! :)

Gah! The classic cliffie, such torture! Oh but this was too funny and so good. The chaos between the Doctors and the children is exactly how I would have pictured it. And of course, another favorite line: "Beans are evil; bad, bad beans." LOVE :)

Author's Response: Thank you so much! :) I could only imagine that the only other thing worse than Daleks in the Doctor’s mind is being forced to watch his own great-grandchildren, especially when they take after him, LOL! :)

"I need you to shut up!"

One of my favorite lines of Doctor Who, LOL. Loved this. Ten always did have a gob on him so I could absolutely see that conversation happening.

Author's Response: I love that scene in The Christmas Invasion and I thought it was perfect for the story. I frequently suffered pre-term labor pains and my husband would ask me questions when I was in the worst pain and it was all I could do to shoot him a look like, ‘Are you kidding me?’ :D
