I agree with her...but I am intrigued with your note at the top...what truth didn't she tell?

Author's Response: I think she lied about Jackie being pregnant. Of course S4 totally blew that out of the water. Hooray for AU fanfic set in the land of denial!

I have an 11-year-old son who still believes in Santa Claus. Some people may think it's a little odd but I want my kids to believe in the fairy tales and the magic for as long as possible. I really dread the day they have to face the reality of life.
Your story reminds me of the song "Storybook Love" from the Princess Bride. I actually watched a fantastic DW fan video set to that song the other day. It gives me goosebumps every time I watch it.

Author's Response: My 11 year old nephew just found out about Santa this year. Thanks taking the time to review.

Ouch! I know that feeling when you stop believing in the good things in life. It hurts like hell. Makes me wonder though was it from the Doctor....
Well done I enjoyed it.

Author's Response: Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks so much for reviewing!
