| You have to feel sorry for Jackie, don't you? She often gets the wrong end of the stick but has good instincts. And the Doctor doing domestic? Priceless! Also enjoyed the conversation between the Doctor and the no nonsense attitude of Trix. This story continues to charm... Author's Response: Thank you. I'm a big Trix fan. | First off, you don't have to thank me for reviewing the chapters...like I said, there simply isn't enough of them for your story (and as a writer myself I understand just how much they can make your day). But, your welcome! :) I like this chapter because you can start to see that Trix really isn't a bitch. She feels bad about hurting Rose but still has to try to protect the Doctor. At this point though my feelings were still really mixed with her. I can really relate to Jackie here. It still angers me that she is always trying to convince Rose that the Doctor is no good for her and that life with her family, a mundane normal life, should be good enough. I do understand where she's coming from though...with four kids of my own I can feel all those fears and concerns that she has as well. | |||

| I hardly know where to start. Interesting that the 8th Doctor learns he has to communicate about regeneration, but since Nine didn't fill Rose in about this, has his history already changed? And if it has, where does that leave Rose? Of course, I mainly just want Rose back with the Doctor! I am enjoying this story tremendously! Please update soon. It is unreasonable, I know, but I am afraid you are probably wasting valuable writing time doing things like working, eating, sleeping, socializing...:) Author's Response: Lol! | Nice update. Trix really needs to butt out. Actually they all need to butt out.This is between the Doctor and Rose. Trix doesn't understand what is going on and is being a jealous shrew in my book. Some might say she is being protective but to me it seems like she is more jealous... she has the other guy so why doesn't she let the Doctor be happy? I hope Micky doesn't let somethng slip while he is drinking. As for Jackie why can't she understand that Rose isn't just slipping into the life of her alternate self... Rose didn't exist in this universe so she doesn't have a "place" to fit into. And I think the universe is trying to tell Rose that by Rose not feeling like she belongs. As for why the 10th Doctor isn't there is maybe because he remembers his 8th self meeting Rose in the alt universe and taking her back so he knows she will get back and doesn't want to mess that up. Please let Rose go back to the right universe. Jackie really needs to lay off the negative stuff about the Doctor. I mean honestly she didn't really move on since she didn't marry anyone after her Pete died... until she met the alt-Pete and then she married him... who is the one that didn't move on now. And as for Rose and Micky why should Rose settle for someone less then who she loves? Ok done babbling thx for posting. Author's Response: Golly! Who knew my fanfic sparked so much angst in my readers!?! I hope you're enjoying it despite finding Trix and Jackie annoying, lol. This story is part of a series, so I can't promise it will *all* come out the way you'd like in the end ... but who knows what will happen in the long run? | |||
