That would have to be the most beautifully written description of Rose absorbing the vortex and ending the time war i have ever read. :) I feel all warm and fuzzy now... oh but Rose has to know about the kiss! hmmm? Iguess i better read on.

That is so adorably sweet! He took her to a place that she would like under a guise! I always wondered if he told her, and I like that you had him do so. It was wonderfully written, of course. Now, if only he had shown her exactly how he had connected to the vortex inside her.

Author's Response: Heh. Well...

Oh, lovely little interlude - and of course he had to tell her at some point, because she knew in Doomsday. Lovely to imagine it happened like this. :)

“Wow,” Rose breathes, the shock of it hitting her like a brick wall. Then, with a sad smile, she adds, “Pity I can’t remember any of it.”

Without really thinking about the words, the Doctor replies absently, “You never know. Maybe one day I’ll show you.”

Oh? So does this mean he will? It feels like much more than just a throwaway comment here...

Author's Response: Heh, well, that would be telling ;) Erm... let\'s just say I have a lot of stuff to cover in the next few chapters. I always imagined him telling her at some point (he\'d have had, to, really), but her recollection in Doomsday is almost as if she\'s remembered it/seen it, so... you\'ll have to wait and see. *evil*
